3. Product Descriptions and Pricing

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, screenshots, and performance data displayed on our website are accurate. However, past performance of an Expert Advisor does not guarantee future results. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Current pricing will always be displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchasing an Expert Advisor, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 account. You may not:

• Share, resell, distribute, or sublicense the EA to any third party
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the EA on more trading accounts than permitted by your license
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the EA

License keys are bound to specific MetaTrader account numbers and may require re-activation if you change brokers or account numbers.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors, Paystack (South African payments) and PayPal (international payments). Payment is due at the time of purchase. Your license key and download link will be delivered to the email address you provide after payment is confirmed.

We do not store credit card or banking details on our servers. All payment information is handled securely by our payment partners in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our Expert Advisors. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to our refund policy conditions. 7. Intellectual Property

All Expert Advisors, software code, trademarks, trade names, logos, product designs, and content on the Trade Pulse Technologies website are the exclusive intellectual property of Trade Pulse Technologies. This includes, but is not limited to, trading losses, loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services and revoke your license to use our EAs if you violate any provision of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your license to use the EA immediately ceases, and you must uninstall and delete all copies of the software.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
