1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Trade Pulse Technologies, we stand behind the quality of our Expert Advisors. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

This guarantee applies to all Expert Advisors sold on our website, including LXRD Reign, 3Stoch Rover, Whisper EA, LEMUR EA, Breakout Trend Force, and SentinelXcelerator.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• The product must not have been abused, misused, or used in violation of our Terms of Use
• The request must represent reasonable use of the product — we reserve the right to deny refunds to users who repeatedly purchase and request refunds
• The license key must not have been shared or activated on more than the permitted number of accounts

We evaluate each refund request on its merits and strive to process all legitimate claims promptly.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago
• Products that have been reverse-engineered, modified, or tampered with
• License keys that have been shared or distributed to third parties
• Services provided on a consulting or custom-development basis
• Trading losses incurred while using any Expert Advisor

Please note that trading forex carries inherent risk, and past performance of an EA does not guarantee future results. Our refund policy covers the product itself, not trading outcomes.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to our support team at purpleray23@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your full name and email address used for the purchase
• The order ID or transaction reference number
• The name of the product you are requesting a refund for
• A brief reason for your refund request

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information to process your refund.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

• Paystack (Card payments): 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
• PayPal: 5-10 business days to reflect in your PayPal account

We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.

6. Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to request a refund, your account and license keys may be permanently suspended. We encourage you to contact our support team first — we will always work with you to resolve any issues before resorting to chargebacks.

If a chargeback is filed after a refund has already been issued, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and pursue legal action to recover any duplicate payments received.
