1. Download your EA file after purchase
2. Open MT5 and go to File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 → Experts
3. Copy the .ex4 file into the Experts folder
4. Restart MT5 and drag the EA from Navigator onto your chart
5. Enable Automated Trading in Tools → Options → Expert Advisors

MT5 installation is very similar to MT4. Copy the .ex5 file to Data Folder → MQL5 → Experts. Copy .set files to MQL5 → Presets. Then restart, refresh Navigator, and attach to your chart.

A sad face (😞) means automated trading is disabled for that chart. Fix it:

• Go to Tools → Options → Expert Advisors and check Allow Automated Trading
• In the EA's settings (Common tab), check Allow Automated Trading
• Restart the platform after making changes

Set files (.set) contain pre-optimised settings for your EA. They save you from manually configuring every parameter. To use them:

1. Copy the .set file to MQL4/Presets or MQL5/Presets
2. When attaching the EA to a chart, click Load in the settings window
3. Select the appropriate .set file for your pair and risk preference
4. The settings will be applied automatically

Yes, we strongly recommend running your EA on a VPS for 24/7 operation. Any Windows VPS with 1GB+ RAM and a stable internet connection will work. Recommended providers include ForexVPS.net, TradingFXVPS, or a South African provider like CheapVPS.co.za.
